History

The company was founed in 1930 as W. Schotte, Demolition Contractors and Trade in Useful Materials. After World War II the company developed rapidly because many remnants from the war needed to be demolished. The trade in usable metal from beams, sheets and pipes dominated the company.

From approximately 1970 on emphasis shifted more and more towards larger demolition projects. The company carried out various complex and trend-setting industrial projects. Not only in the Netherlands and Belgium, but worldwide ... Thanks to projects like these Schotte developed into the demolition company it is today!

At present Schotte is a renowned and modern company that meets every current standard (fully certified) for the demolition, dismantling and/or disassembly of industrial and civil structures.
